Palm Beach County Commission on Ethics

Gina Levesque has served the Commission on Ethics (COE) since its inception in 2010. With over 25 years of exceptional service and experience in the legal and law enforcement fields, Ms. Levesque oversees the daily operations of the Intake and Compliance section, which includes duties related to COE governance; communicating the COE's ethical standards, policies, and regulations to employees, government officials, community leaders, and the general public; ensuring the prompt and thorough review of compliance-related matters; and tracking efforts to measure effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of services and participates in COE initiatives and associated activities. 

Prior to her employment with the COE, Ms. Levesque was a law enforcement and correctional officer working for the Broward County Sheriff’s Office and the City of Lauderhill and served as a legal assistant in the homicide division at the Office of the State Attorney, 15th Judicial Circuit. 

Ms. Levesque graduated with a B.S. in Education from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. Ms. Levesque is also a Certified Fraud Examiner and serves as an active member of the Florida Region 7 All Hazards Incident Management Team
